Be HEALTH conscious than BEAUTY conscious............

ALWAYS BE HEALTH CONSCIOUS...BCAZ HEALTH IS WEALTH..................






Physical exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health.It is performed for many different reasons. These include strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, weight loss or
maintenance and for enjoyment. Frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system, and helps prevent the diseases of affluence such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease obesity .It also improves mental health and helps prevent depression.





Exercise also reduces levels of cortisol, thereby benefiting health.









Exercise is beneficial to the brain by:

.....increasing the blood and oxygen flow to the brain
.....increasing growth factors that help create new nerve cells.





At first am not aware of my health...i was really a gundu....but now am really health conscious.....willl do physical exercise daily 4 one hour...

Before rainy dayz me, prasu,priya, prabita use 2 do exercise in d terrace @ 5.45 Am....but wen d rainy season starte we dropped gng 2 terrace...


but I use 2 do exercise daily in room....for one hour...its really giving me day full of energy..also helps me 2 reduce tensions....



HEALTH IS WEALTH......Being health consious is good 4 a person than being BEAUTY conscious....bcaz BEAUTY is d outcome of HEALTH.....
